Welcome to ADLER! A comprehensive factory tour provides you with insight concerning your new working environment. Depending on your future tasks, a specially designed induction plan (duration 4 - 6 weeks) is custom-made for your needs. 


Following an intensive induction period, 38 hours a week can be split up by you of your own accord within specific flexitime boundaries. For a good start and for you to get to know your new colleagues quickly, we shall, of course, inform you at once about our social offers and the Company's sports association regular activities.

In annual employee reviews, you have the opportunity to reflect on your personal performance and improve it. From apprentice to manager - we encourage your personal and professional career and provide exciting career opportunities.

 We attach particular importance to solid training and further education. Our employees are given the opportunity to advance on a technical, methodological, personal and social level.

 We are a European company and work closely with our employees, customers and partners in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other countries.

Pension scheme/ profit-sharing scheme 

For all employees who have been with us for more than two years (except those on minimum wage) we make payments to a retirement pension scheme. For apprentices, there is a special arrangement: 5 years from commencement of the apprenticeship, we take out a pension plan for them. Furthermore, we reward good business performance with a profit-sharing scheme. 



Our canteen offers three menus from Monday to Thursday at an extremely advantageous price of 2,50 EUR. 


Social activity 

To foster harmonic interaction and a good working environment, the ADLER factory has numerous additional facilities, service offers and voluntary social benefits, e.g. contribution towards travelling expense. For all sports enthusiasts, the Company's sports association organizes regular events. This also functions as a social gathering. 


The annual company evening event is where we honour long-term staff and farewell our pensioners. In addition, all staff members get the in-house newspaper, titled ADLER aktuell, three times a year.
