The ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik (Paints factory) is an independent company in Tyrol in the ownership of the third generation of the Berghofer family. Till today, ADLER is a family business and wishes to remain so.
Ing. Günther Berghofer, an engineer and the CEO and stakeholder of the ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik since many years, handed over the reins of the company in 2001 to the third generation. His dauther, Ms. Andrea Berghofer, took charge of the corporate management together with Dr. Manfred Oberreiter, a graduate engineer and employee since many years.

Andrea Berghofer is the granddaughter of the company founder, Mr. Johann Berghofer. She is the CEO of ADLER since July 2001.
