The new generation of naturalness for windows

"Wood continues to be the most popular material for high-quality windows, because it is the most resistant and durable", says Dr. Markus Fessler, Head of ADLER Research for window coatings. If you want to avoid maintenance in the outdoor area, you will use structures made of wood and aluminium. But inside, naturalness is in demand. Coatings that underline the original wooden character are currently in trend. ADLER takes natural window coating to a new level with the entirely improved ADLER Aquawood Natureffekt.

"With ADLER Aquawood Natureffekt we offer a matt, almost invisible coating. The wood looks as if it was untreated. The integrated UV filters prevent unsightly yellowing - the window remains as beautiful as on its first day", underlines Fessler. Recently, ADLER developers have once again significantly improved resistance and surface hardness, thus propelling this popular product into the next generation. The new quality of the ADLER Aquawood Natureffekt offers much higher alkali resistance, and therefore can tolerate certain plastering splatters, which unfortunately often occur on construction sites. "The window retains the look and feel of raw, merely sanded wood - but remains very well protected", summarises Fessler.
