Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures anonymisation of the IP address by truncating and excludes a direct personal reference. Due to the extension, your IP address will be first truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 step f of the GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services related to website activity and Internet usage. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would point out that in this case however you may not be able to fully utilise all the functions of this website. In addition, you can prevent Google from collecting and processing the data (including your IP address) related to your use of the website as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available at the following link and installing: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, please click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent the Google Analytics collection on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain, to delete your cookies in this browser you have to click this link again):

Use of Youtube videos

This site uses the Youtube embedding feature to display and play videos from "Youtube", which is owned by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

Here, the extended data protection mode is used, which according to the provider information only initiates storage of user information during playback of the video(s). When the playback of embedded Youtube videos starts, the provider "Youtube" uses cookies to collect information about user behaviour. According to "Youtube" hints, these are used, among other things, to capture video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to associate with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation takes place in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 step f of the GDPR based on the legitimate interests of Google in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-oriented design of its website. You are entitled to a right to object to the creation of these User Profiles, whereby you must address YouTube to exercise it.

Independent of any playback of the embedded videos, every time you visit this website, a connection to the Google Network "DoubleClick" is recorded, which may trigger further data processing operations without our having any influence.

US-based Google LLC is certified for the US-European Data Protection Convention "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the valid level of data protection in the EU.

Further information on data protection at "YouTube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: policies.google.com/privacy

Google Maps

On our website we use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (geographical) maps to visually display geographical information. The use of this service will show you our location and facilitate a potential arrival.

When you visit any of the subpages where the Google Maps map is embedded, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to associate with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. You are entitled to a right to object to the creation of these User Profiles, whereby you must address Google to exercise it.

US-based Google LLC is certified for the US-European Data Protection Convention "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the valid level of data protection in the EU.

If you disagree with the future transmission of your data to Google when using Google Maps, you can also disable the Google Maps web service completely by disabling the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and therewith the map display on this website then cannot be used. Google's Terms of Use can be viewed at www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms/regional.html , and the additional Google Maps Terms of Use can be found at www.google.com/intl/en_US/help/terms_maps.html

Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website uses the "Google AdWords" online advertising program and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use the offer from Google Adwords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. We are interested in showing you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more interesting to you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google AdWords. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve as personal identification. If the user visits specific pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers can see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a conversion tracking tag site. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by simply disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie on your Internet browser under User Preferences. You are then not included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 step f of the GDPR.

Web analytics service: Hotiar (hotjar Ltd.)

This website uses the web analytics service Hotjar of Hotjar Ltd. Hotjar Ltd. is a European company based in Malta (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta, Europe Phone: +1 (855) 464-6788). With this tool, movements on the websites where Hotjar is used can be traced (so-called heat maps). For example, you can see how far users are scrolling and which buttons users click on and how often. Furthermore, the tool also allows feedback to be obtained directly from the users of the website. In this way, we gain valuable information to make our websites faster and more customer-friendly. The above analysis is based on our legitimate interests for optimisation and marketing purposes and the appropriate design of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 step f of the GDPR. When using this tool, we pay particular attention to the protection of your personal data. So we can only trace which buttons are clicked on and how far users scroll. Areas of the websites in which personal data of you or third parties are displayed are automatically hidden by Hotjar, and are thus not traceable at any time. Hotjar offers every user the possibility to disable the use of the tool Hotjar with the help of a "Do Not Track-Header", so that no data on the visit of the respective website is recorded. This is a setting that all common browsers in current versions support. For this purpose, your browser sends a request to Hotjar, with the instruction to disable the tracking of the respective user. If you use our website with different browsers/computers, you must set up the "Do Not Track-Header" for each of these browsers/computers separately.

A detailed guide with information about your browser can be found at: www.hotjar.com/opt-out
